.SYNOPSIS...High pres across the Gulf of Mexico will move
eastward by midweek. This will bring fresh to strong southerly
return flow to the western Gulf Wed night. These winds will
diminish Thu as a frontal boundary approaches the NW Gulf. The
cold front will move into the NW Gulf early Fri, and shift
rapidly southward across the Gulf waters through Sat.

.TONIGHT...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.TUE...SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding
to 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft
in the afternoon. 
.WED NIGHT...S winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft.
.THU...S to SW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft.
