.SYNOPSIS...Winds and seas have been diminishing across the
northern Gulf as high pressure builds over the southern Plains.
The high pressure will shift eastward across the lower
Mississippi Valley through mid week, supporting fresh southerly
winds and building seas over the northwest Gulf Wed night. Patchy
fog is possible over the northwest Gulf by late Sat.
