.SYNOPSIS...Fresh winds in the eastern Gulf will diminish today
as high pressure builds in from the NW. Quiescent marine 
conditions will commence tonight and prevail into the weekend, as
high pressure dominates.

.TODAY...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TONIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the evening,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...NW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SW to W after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
