.SYNOPSIS...High pressure is building across the north-central
Gulf this evening following a cold front that passed through the
Gulf earlier today. The high pressure will shift eastward ahead
of a cold front that will move off the Texas coast late Wed. The
front will move southeast of the basin through Thu night through
early Fri, followed by fresh winds and moderate seas. Winds and 
seas will diminish Sat as high pressure builds across the Gulf in
the wake of the front. Fresh southerly flow will return to the
northwest Gulf Sun as the high pressure shifts eastward.

.TONIGHT...SE to S winds less than 5 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft in E to
SE swell. 
.WED...NW to N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
