.SYNOPSIS...As high pressure builds over the northern Gulf,
conditions will continue improving through Wed. Strong return 
flow will set up across the northern Gulf by Wed night ahead of 
the next approaching front that will push off the Texas coast on 
Fri. Seas will increase to rough by Thu. Conditions will improve
by the weekend.
