.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends from western Cuba to the
Bay of Campeche. Conditions will begin to improve across the
northern Gulf tonight and continue into Wed. Strong return flow 
will set up across the northern Gulf by Wed night ahead of the 
next approaching front that will push off the Texas coast on Fri.
