.SYNOPSIS...A frontal boundary extends from the Straits of
Florida to the Bay of Campeche. Moderate to fresh winds will
continue across the northern Gulf through Wed as the front exits
the basin. Strong return flow will set up across the northern 
Gulf on Thu and Thu night ahead of the next approaching front 
that will push off the Texas coast late this week. Slight to
moderate seas will continue through Wed night, becoming moderate
to rough with the strong winds later in the week.

.TUE...NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft.
