.SYNOPSIS...Fresh southerly return flow is expected over the
western Gulf ahead of the next cold forecast to enter the NW 
Gulf tonight. The front will reach from south-central Louisiana 
to near Veracruz, Mexico by Tue morning, bringing fresh to strong
winds and moderate seas. The front will then reach the Big Bend 
of Florida by Wed morning, with fresh to strong N to NW winds 
continuing and moderate seas. Winds will become gentle to 
moderate by Thu as the front continues pushing farther south and 
east across the basin.

.TODAY...S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.TONIGHT...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt, shifting to W 15 to 20 kt
after midnight. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered showers.
