.SYNOPSIS...A dissipating cold front extends from SW Florida to
near 24N93W. High pressure will build in its wake, with mainly
gentle N winds over the basin today becoming E by tonight.
Southerly return flow will increase to fresh in the western Gulf
by late tonight. The next cold front will move off the Texas
coast Mon night, with gales expected to develop over the west-
central and SW Gulf Tue through Wed. Seas are forecast to build
to 14 to 16 ft over the SW Gulf by Tue night into Wed morning.  

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TODAY...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 ft late. 
.MON...S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...S to SW winds 15 to 20 kt, shifting to W to NW
10 to 15 kt late. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered showers.
