.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered over northeast Gulf will
shift east of the area today. A cold front will move off the
Texas coast into the northwest Gulf Fri, then stall from
north-central Florida to weak low pressure near south Texas,
with a cold front extending the low pressure southward to near
Veracruz, Mexico. Fresh winds and building seas will follow the 
front Sun and Sun night.
