.SYNOPSIS...High pressure dominates the Gulf waters. Moderate to
fresh N winds across the northern Gulf will diminish later this
morning. Seas will gradually subside today through tonight as 
high pressure continues to build over the region. A frontal 
system will bring moderate to fresh winds for the NE Gulf on Fri.

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TODAY...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TONIGHT...NE to E winds less than 5 kt, shifting to SE after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU NIGHT...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI...W to NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft in the afternoon.
