.SYNOPSIS...A weak ridge across the northern Gulf will dominate
the basin throughout the forecast period, supporting mainly
light to gentle winds N of 24N and gentle to moderate winds S of
24N. Moderate return flow will develop across the W and SW Gulf
Thu night. Scattered thunderstorms can be expected across the
western Yucatan and eastern Bay of Campeche each late afternoon
and evening.  

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.THIS AFTERNOON...W winds less than 5 kt in the afternoon. Seas
2 ft or less. Chance of showers and slight chance of tstms. 
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Chance
of showers and slight chance of tstms. 
.THU...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Chance of tstms. 
.THU NIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Chance of
