.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Idalia is near 24.6N 84.8W at 11 AM EDT,
and is moving north at 12 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 75 kt
with gusts to 90 kt, and the minimum central pressure is 976 mb.
Idalia will move to 26.5N 84.6W this evening, 29.3N 83.7W Wed
morning, move inland and weaken to a tropical storm near 31.8N
81.7W Wed evening, then will be N of area near 33.5N 78.8W Thu
morning. High pressure and improving conditions will arrive in
the wake of Idalia by Fri.
