.SYNOPSIS...Relatively weak high pressure over the area will
support gentle to moderate winds over most of the basin during
the next several days. Moderate return flow across the western
Gulf will become moderate to locally fresh by Wed, continuing 
through most of the week. Slight to moderate seas are expected. 
Gentle to moderate winds can be expected in the central and 
eastern Gulf through the rest of the week with slight seas. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TODAY...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft after midnight.
