.SYNOPSIS...Weak surface ridging prevails across the northern
Gulf. The ridge will stay in place over the next few days,
supporting gentle to moderate winds over most of the basin. High
pressure will shift SE into the east Gulf Tue and Wed and allow 
for moderate return flow to develop across the W Gulf Wed night 
through Fri. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.OVERNIGHT...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...SW to W winds less than 5 kt, shifting to N to NE in the
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...S winds 5 kt,  shifting to SE less than 5 kt in the
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. Chance of showers and slight
chance of tstms. 
.WED NIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
