.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure over Texas is bringing moderate to
fresh SE winds across the western Gulf, with light to gentle
winds elsewhere. As a frontal boundary sinks farther south over
Texas by midweek, winds will increase fresh to locally strong
and expand to the central Gulf. Meanwhile, winds will become
moderate to locally fresh in the eastern Gulf by Tue night into
Wed. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TODAY...S to SW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building
to 3 ft in the afternoon. 
.TONIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft
in the afternoon. 
.MON NIGHT...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 ft after midnight.
