.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will prevail across the basin
through the middle of the week, to produce mainly gentle to
moderate winds. The remnants of TS Arlene are across the Straits
of Florida this morning moving NE. Fresh winds will pulse off
the western coast of the Yucatan Peninsula tonight and Mon
night.  

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.THIS AFTERNOON...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TONIGHT...N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the evening,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated tstms.

and isolated tstms.
