.SYNOPSIS...Newly developed Tropical Storm Arlene is near 26.7N
86.2W 1002 mb at 2 PM EDT, moving S at 4 kt. Maximum sustained
winds are 35 kt with gusts 45 kt. Arlene will weaken to a
tropical depression near 25.6N 86.2W Sat morning, move to 24.2N
85.8W Sat afternoon, become a remnant low and move to 23.2N
84.9W Sun morning, before dissipating Sun afternoon. Over the
western Gulf, gentle to moderate winds are expected into middle
of next week.
