.SYNOPSIS...Winds across the majority of the basin are forecast 
to diminish to gentle Mon afternoon, and further decrease to 
light from Tue-Thu. Moderate seas in the western Gulf will abate 
Mon night, leaving slight seas throughout the basin for the 
remainder of the week. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.OVERNIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt after midnight. Seas 3 to
5 ft. 
.MON...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered showers and
isolated tstms. 
.MON NIGHT...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TUE...SW to W winds less than 5 kt, shifting to NW 5 kt in the
afternoon. Seas 3 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
