.SYNOPSIS...Strong winds and rough seas follow a cold front
extending from the Florida Big Bend area near Steinhatchee to
near Coatzacoalcos, Mexico. The front will extend from southwest
Florida to the northwest Yucatan Peninsula by early Sun, then 
will move southeast of the area by early Mon. High pressure 
building in the wake of the front will allow winds and seas to 
diminish across most the eastern and central Gulf through mid 
week, although fresh to occasionally strong SE winds may persist
over the northwest Gulf through late Tue.
