.SYNOPSIS...A cold front has moved SE of the basin this morning.
Fresh to locally strong NE winds continue in the NE Gulf. Winds 
will gradually diminish from NW to SE into tonight as high 
pressure builds into the basin. Looking ahead, expect fresh to 
locally strong SE to S return flow across the western Gulf on Mon
night and Tue, ahead of another cold front entering the 
northwest Gulf Wed.
