.SYNOPSIS...A cold front off the Texas and Louisiana coast will
move little through mid week. Moist air near the front is a 
focus for dense fog this morning across the coastal waters from 
Texas to the Florida Panhandle. Another push of cold air will 
move the front more rapidly Thu. This front will then move E 
across the Gulf through Fri, bringing fresh northerly winds in 
its wake. Looking ahead, winds and seas will diminish Sat across 
the basin as high pressure builds over the region.

.TODAY...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Dense fog is
possible through the morning within 60 nm of the coast off 
Louisiana and Texas.
