.SYNOPSIS...Gales have ended offshore Veracruz, Mexico, this
evening, but strong NW winds will prevail tonight. Gentle to 
moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will settle over the 
whole basin by late Mon and continue into midweek. Fresh S winds 
will increase in the NW Gulf late this week, ahead of the next 
cold front. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.MON...SE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to S to SW in the
afternoon. Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.MON NIGHT...NW to N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 ft after midnight. 
.TUE...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft.
.TUE NIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE to S 10 to 15 kt
