.SYNOPSIS...The strong cold front that swept across the basin is
now south over the W Caribbean and W Atlantic. Fresh to strong N
winds prevail across most of the Gulf waters, with moderate to
rough seas. Winds/seas will slowly diminish today and become 
moderate to fresh winds and slight to moderate seas for the 
northern and eastern Gulf by tonight.
