.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the Florida panhandle continues to
dominate the Gulf of Mexico. The ridge will meander in the 
vicinity of the NE Gulf through the forecast period. Gentle to 
moderate winds expected through the weekend, increasing to
moderate to fresh in the NW Gulf late Mon.
