.SYNOPSIS...Winds and wave heights across the northern Gulf will
diminish through mid week as high pressure north of the region
weakens. Looking ahead, another cold front may move into the 
northwest Gulf Thu afternoon and sweep southeast of the Gulf by 
Fri night.
