.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from south-eastern Louisiana to
Veracruz, Mexico. Fresh to strong northerly winds behind the 
front will end tonight. The front will reach the Florida 
Panhandle to central Bay of Campeche by Sun afternoon. The front 
will dissipate in the eastern Gulf by Sun night into Mon.
