.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from south-central Louisiana to
south of Veracruz, Mexico. Fresh to strong northerly winds
behind the front will end this evening. The front will reach the
Florida Panhandle to central Bay of Campeche by Sun afternoon. 
The front will dissipate in the eastern Gulf by Sun night into 
Mon.
