.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front stretches from Tampa Bay to
23N96W. This front will dissipate late tonight. Moderate to
fresh return flow will develop across the NW Gulf tonight into
Fri morning ahead of the next approaching cold front on Fri
afternoon. Fresh to strong SE winds are possible off the
Southeast Texas coast. This next front is expected to push off
the Texas coast late Fri afternoon and move SE through the
weekend. Fresh to strong N winds following the front W of 94W
through Sat afternoon. The front will reach the Florida 
Panhandle to central Bay of Campeche by Sun afternoon before 
stalling and gradually dissipating.

.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 to 4 ft after midnight. 
.FRI...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered tstms.

after midnight. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered tstms.
