.SYNOPSIS...A cold front stretches from the Florida Big Bend to
24N91W, then stalls from that point to the central Bay of
Campeche. This front will continue pushing southward toward the
Tampa Bay region before stalling tonight and then dissipate by
Thu. Moderate to fresh return flow will develop across NW Gulf
on Thu night into Fri morning ahead of the next approaching cold
front. This cold front is expected to push off the Texas coast
on Fri afternoon and move eastward through the weekend, reaching
the the eastern Gulf by Sun.
