.SYNOPSIS...Strong offshore flow in the wake of a strong cold
front will continue through tonight, but subside on Wed as high
pressure settles in over the area. The high pressure will shift 
eastward across the northern Gulf through Sat night allowing for 
fresh southerly flow to set up over the western Gulf starting 
Fri night.
