.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will enter the NW Gulf Mon, reach from
the Florida panhandle to southern Texas Mon night and from the
Florida southwest coast to near Veracruz, Mexico by Tue night. 
The The cold front is expected to exit the Gulf on Wed. Strong 
winds are expected across most of the western Gulf behind the 
front, with gale force winds developing offshore Tampico, Mexico,
Tue and spreading to the western Bay of Campeche Tue night and 
Wed. Winds will gradually diminish beginning on Thu as high 
pressure becomes centered over the region. Scattered showers and 
thunderstorms will precede the front. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.OVERNIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft.
.MON...SE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to N to NE in the
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated 
thunderstorms W of 94W. 
.MON NIGHT...N to NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms W of 94W.
.TUE...N to NE winds 20 to 30 kt. Seas 8 to 11 ft.
