.SYNOPSIS...A relatively weak pressure gradient across the
region will support mainly light to gentle variable winds
through Mon morning with locally moderate winds during this
period. On Mon afternoon, moderate to fresh NE winds will
develop over the southern half of the basin ahead of an area of
low pressure or possible tropical cyclone approaching from the
NW Caribbean.  

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TODAY...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE to S after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI...W to NW winds less than 5 kt, shifting to NE to E in the
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI NIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT...S winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E in the afternoon. Seas
2 ft or less.
