.SYNOPSIS...A weak ridge will continue to dominate the Gulf
waters through Thu night to produce gentle to locally moderate
winds and slight seas across the basin. Broad low pressure will 
move into the northwest Gulf Fri and induce a moderate southerly
return flow and seas to 5 ft across the northeastern Gulf Fri 
night through Sat night. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.OVERNIGHT...E to SE winds 5 kt after midnight. Seas 2 ft or
less. Scattered showers and isolated tstms.
.WED...NE winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.WED NIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to W to NW after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated
tstms. 
.THU...N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU NIGHT...N to NE winds less than 5 kt, shifting to SW to W
after midnight. Seas 2 ft or less.
