.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure has moved inland over southern Texas.
Scattered thunderstorms and fresh winds near the Texas and
northern Mexico coasts are expected to continue overnight.
Otherwise, 1015 high pressure is centered near 28N89W. A weak 
cold front sinking across the Florida Big Bend tonight is 
expected to stall along 28.5N through Mon evening.
