.SYNOPSIS...High pressure near Bermuda extends southwestward
into the Gulf of Mexico. Moderate to fresh SE winds will
continue across the NW Gulf waters through Thu, while gentle to
moderate winds will persist in the north-central and NE Gulf. 
The high pressure will migrate eastward late ahead of an 
approaching cold front this week and into the weekend, allowing 
winds to diminish.
