.SYNOPSIS...A surface ridge extending southwestward from a high
off the Georgia coast will sustain gentle to moderate E to SE 
flow through tonight. A cold front is expected to enter the N 
Gulf Tue evening and then weaken across the central Gulf through 
Wed. Afterward, high pressure will return and bring moderate to
fresh southerly winds toward the weekend.
