.SYNOPSIS...Ridging will prevail over the northern Gulf through 
tonight. A cold front will move into the northern Gulf early Mon,
then stall across the southern Gulf late Tue through Wed. Fresh 
to locally strong N to NE winds and building seas will follow the
front. Meanwhile, patchy areas of smoke may reduce visibility 
across portions of the Mexican offshore waters W of 95W and off 
southern Texas. Patchy dense fog is also possible this morning 
across portions of the northwest Gulf.
