.SYNOPSIS...High pressure has settled in over the area. Moderate
to fresh northerly winds are noted in the eastern Gulf behind a
front that has moved out of the basin. These winds will become
easterly and continue to diminish at the front moves away from
the area by Sun morning. Fresh to strong east to southeast
return flow is expected in the western Gulf tonight and continue
through Wed afternoon. A weak cold front may move into the
northern Gulf Thu and stall.
