.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends from Tampa Bay, Florida
near 28N83W to 24N93W to north of Veracruz, Mexico near 20N97W.
Moderate to fresh E winds prevail north of the front with dry 
conditions. The fresh winds will diminish overnight with gentle 
to moderate winds prevailing through the rest of the weekend. 
Southerly return flow will dominate the region by Mon and Tue.
