.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends north of Tampa Bay, Florida
near 29N83W to 26N87W. The front becomes stationary from 26N87W
to 23N94W to north of Veracruz, Mexico near 20N97W. Moderate to
fresh E winds prevail north of the front with dry conditions. The
fresh winds will diminish overnight with gentle to moderate winds
prevailing through the rest of the weekend. Southerly return flow
will dominate the region by Mon and Tue.
