.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends across the western Gulf from
central Louisiana near 30N92W to south of Tampico, Mexico near
21N97W. Fresh to strong southerly winds are expected across the
northeastern Gulf through early Wed morning ahead of the front. 
Fresh to strong northerly winds are expected behind the front in
the NW Gulf through Wed morning.
