.SYNOPSIS...High pressure of 1030 mb is centered just offshore
Texas. Fresh to strong southerly return flow is forecast to 
develop over the NW Gulf Tue night through Wed night. These 
strong winds will move E across the northern Gulf Wed night into 
Thu. The next cold front is expected to enter the western Gulf on
Thu, and extend from the Florida Panhandle to Veracruz, Mexico, 
early Fri.

.TONIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft after midnight. 
.TUE...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
