.SYNOPSIS...High pressure has built in over the western Gulf of
Mexico in the wake of a cold front, which has now moved
southeast of the basin. Fresh to strong N winds continue over 
much of the Gulf tonight. Conditions are expected to gradually 
improve across the Gulf Mon as the high pressure builds across 
the basin. Fresh to strong southerly return flow is forecast to 
develop over the NW Gulf Tue night through Wed. These strong 
winds will move E across the northern Gulf Wed night into Thu. 
The next cold front is likely to enter the western Gulf late in 
the week.
