.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from Panama City, FL to near
Tuxpan, Mexico near 20.5N97W. Strong to near-gale force winds
over the northwest and north-central Gulf will diminish to fresh
to strong by midday. The front will exit the basin this evening.
Conditions will gradually improve across the Gulf by late Mon as
high pressure builds across the basin. Fresh to strong southerly
return flow will develop over the NW Gulf by the middle of next 
week.
