.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure building across the northern
Gulf along with a trough over the southwest Gulf will result in
fresh to occasionally srong winds through Mon night, diminishing
through Tue. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TONIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft after midnight. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.MON...N to NE winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.MON NIGHT...N to NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
Scattered showers. 
.TUE...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt, diminishing to less than
5 kt after midnight. Seas 3 ft in NE to E swell in the evening,
subsiding to 2 ft or less.
