.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will dominate most of the Gulf region
through early next week. Winds and seas will continue to improve
across the eastern Gulf by Sun morning. Fresh to strong
southerly winds will develop over the western Gulf Sun night
into Mon. A frontal system will move off the Texas coast by Mon
night and track across the northern Gulf through Tue. Expect
increasing southerly winds and seas across the central and
eastern Gulf as this system tracks eastward through midweek. The
next cold front is forecast to enter the NW Gulf on Thu with
strong to near gale-force winds off the Texas coast. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TONIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to S after midnight.
Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.SUN...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN NIGHT...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 to 5 ft after midnight. 
.MON...SE to S winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft,building to
5 to 7 ft in the afternoon. Scattered showers.
