.SYNOPSIS...A cold front has now stalled from the Florida
Straits to near Cancun, Mexico. This front will dissipate later
today. Low pressure will emerge off the Texas coast Mon evening,
then track across the northern and eastern Gulf into Wed. Strong
winds and higher seas are likely with this low and behind its 
associated cold front.

.TONIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft in the evening,
subsiding to 2 ft or less.
