.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from the southern Mississippi
coast SW to 24N91W to the western Bay of Campeche. Near gale to
gale force NW winds are occurring behind the front. These winds
will continue to follow the front across the basin as it moves E
across the Gulf. The front is forecast to move east of the basin
Sun afternoon, however trailing fresh to strong winds and rough
seas in the eastern Gulf will gradually diminish through Mon
morning. Aside from the hazardous conditions described above,
scattered showers and thunderstorms will accompany the front.
Conditions are forecast to improve on Mon as high pressure
builds over the region.

.TONIGHT...NW winds 30 to 35 kt. Seas 10 to 15 ft in NW swell. 
.SUN...NW winds 20 to 30 kt. Seas 9 to 14 ft in NW swell. 
.SUN NIGHT...NW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft. 
.MON...N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE 10 to 15 kt
after midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 to 4 ft in the afternoon.
