.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends from Havana Cuba westward
to 23N95W and southward to 18N93W. Moderate to fresh NE winds are
in the northern Gulf. Conditions will improve across the Gulf of
Mexico by Wed as the front weakens and pushes southeast of the 
basin. In the wake of the front, high pressure will build over 
Gulf late this week, leading to gentle winds west of 90W. Fresh 
NW winds are expected in the eastern Gulf late Thu into early Fri
as low pressure forms east of Florida. The next cold front is 
expected to emerge off the Texas coast by Sat. Strong to near
gale force winds are expected behind this front.

.WED...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.WED NIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.THU...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft in the afternoon.
